After placing an order, the processing time is the given amount of time required to fulfil the order. The average processing time for each order is 48-72 hours.
Orders placed on the weekend or after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. However, all orders will be processed 2 hours from the time the order was placed.
Shipping Process
New orders are shipped weekly Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Once the packaged has been received by the USPS, Ubuntu Life, Inc does not have any control to expedite or track missing/stolen/lost packages.
We strongly encourage you to input your tracking number that we emailed in the USPS.com website tracking feature. Feel free to call USPS directly (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number to obtain a more accurate delivery date.
