Here is a super simple recipe that can help breakdown mucus throughout the body.

  1. Blend 2 grapefruits including the bitter pith with 8 ounces of water
  2. Drink and enjoy!

Super easy right? You can also use oranges and if you really want to be fancy, blend 1 grapefruit and 2 oranges.
